BY-LAW NO.1335_
A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918",
Tha Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlan,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection (1) cf Section 202 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1969, No. 918" is amended by striking out the Zone Designations
and Short Form equivalents "M-1 Service Industrial" and M-2 General
Industrial" in the Schedule shown therein and dnserting the following
three Zone Designations and Short Form equivalents in their place:
M1 General induetrial |
. M2 . Reavy Industrial
M-3 Special Industrial
2. Part VII of the By-law entitled "PART VII INDUSTRIAL ZONES" is
repealed and the folloving substituted therefor:

“PART VII INDUSTRIAL ZONES

701 -1 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL
, This District provides for the accommodation of general
Aindustrial activities.

(1) Uses Permitted:

(a) Uses as permitted in the M-3 ZONE except

those commercial and service uses provided in

Section. 703(1) (a).

The following commercial and service uses:

i. sutomobile, boat and trailer sales and rental lots.

41. automotive repair shops, including body repair and
painting.

441i. cartage, delivery and express facilities.
iv. car washing establishnenta.
‘we nurseries and greenhouses...

vi. offices, storage buildings, workshops and yards
for the following trade contractors:

building, electrical, fumigating, heating and air
conditioning, painting, plumbing, refrigeration,
voofing, septic tank and sign.

vil. retail building supply establishments,
viii. sale of new machinery and new heavy equipment.

ix. truck aud truck-trailer sales or rental lote,

x. tire retreading. : ea

xi. welding shopa not exceeding 6,000 square feet
in gross floor area.
