B/law #1303~3rd reading March 18th, 1974 4 (Except the Fasterly 14° thereof), Block 32, District Lot 464, Gro AD THAT the Strata Subdivision Plan of the property comprised in Lot up One, Plan 7080, New Westminster District, being a Strata Subdivision of the 16- unit townhouse project contemplated and described in Lang Use Contract No. 5 of the City which said Land Use Contract was authorized pursuant to the pro- visions of the "Land Use Contract No. 5 Authorization By~law, 1973, No, 1287' be approved ; AND THAT His Worsbip the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said Strata Subdivision Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto, Alderman Traboulay stated his view that developers of the type of pro- ject contemplated are only hterested in a quick profit and inquired how much the average price of the dwelling units would be. Mr. Poul Hansen, Architect for the project, advised that the prices would be between $30,000.09 and $36,090.00 per unit based on present construction costs, and Alderman ald Traboulay stated he Felt these prices would be out of the range of thany people who need housing. BY-LANS : From the City Clerk, March 14th, 1974, referring to the fact that due to changes in the parking arrangements on Cedar Drive it was necessary te make certain amendments to Traffic Amendment By-law No. 1303, and submitting a revised version thereof for consideration. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That third reading of the “Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1li7, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1303" as given on February 25th, 1974, be re- scinded; THAT Section 1 of the said By-law No. 1303 be struct out and the follow- ing substituted therefor: "1. Section 9 of Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, 0. 1117" is amended by inserting the following therein as clauses i,* ang i.}: "1.7 Cedar Brive - East side - Prairie Avenue to Wright Avenue. i3 Cedar Drive ~ West Side - Prairie Avenue to Wright Avenue."
