DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the third reading of the "City of Port Coquitlam

Extraordinary Traffic Regulation By-lavy, 1971, No. 1119" as given

on September 27th, 1971 be rescinded;

THAT the said By-law No. 1119 te amended by re-numbering the

present Section 6 as Section 7 and inserting the following therein

as Section 6:

"The provisions of this By-law do not: apply to an arterial

highway."
AND THAT the By-law, as amended, be read a third time.
