Earlier this month the question of the encroachment
on Skyline Park was brought to the attention of the

committee. Since then we have received advise from
the City Solicitor. It would appear that ttte best
approach would be to require that the encroachment
be taken down. If the city wants to be "nice" and
let it stay we will always face a problem ofthe rock
liability i.e. if a child stands on top of
wall and falls and then nues the City we indeed
