He Court Report was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Ronald Alcx Peterson pleaded guilty to assault and failing to comply with a condition of a recognizance. He was sentenced to five months in jail. August 19 Cynthia Geraldine Davis pleaded. guilty to theft under $1,000 and was fined $75, Shawn Harold Sutton pleaded Police Beat Roll over claims life A TERRACE MAN was killed last Wednesday when his vehicle rolled on the Nass Rd. “Rodney Glaim was thrown from the vehicle and his passenger remained inside, according ta New Aiyansh RCMP. Both were taken to the Nisga’a Valley Health Centre. ’ Glaim was transferred to Mills Memorial Hospital, where he died of his injuries. The incident happened at 6 a.m., Sept. 28 on the Nass Road near Trene Meadows Rd. Conditions were very foggy at the time.
