3. A building code review will be done at the time.of a building permit
application. The applicant is reviewing fire sprinkler requirements, fire
hydrant locations, and exits on the first floor area.

Paxks and Recreation:
1. Tree cutting permit must be applied for.

2. Approval of landscaping plans must be done by Parks and Recreation
Department. It should be noted that plans will only be approved in
concept because of tree cutting permit bylaw.

7 Approval of this application will permit the development of an apartment
