RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of July 29th, 1993 the
Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for Lots 7 & 9, Plan 68514

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of August 9th, 1993 the owners and
residents of property surrounding the subject properties have been advised that Council are
considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit on January 17th, 1994.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and
a decision reached as to whether or net the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
