A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

lL. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

EXCEPT: Parcel "3" (Ref. Plan 13087) District Lot 232

All in New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240," is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
