Development Variance Permit No. 35/92 ~ 2285 Pitt River Road

Resolution:

That as recommended by che Recreation Manager/Deputy Directcr in his
memorandum of May 7th, 1992 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 2285 Pitt River Road in the form appearing in the Agenda documents
of this Council meeting.

Background & Comments:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at ita meeting of

May llth, 1992 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
properties have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit on June 29th, 1992. Accordingly, at
this time written or verbal submissions should be conaidered by the Council
and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit
should be issued. .
