Mr. W. Jones, 1520 Elinor Crescent understands there will be 600+
homes in the development and the people who can afford these homes will be
able to afford 2 cars and feels Port Coquitlam will not be able to
handle the increase in traffic let alone accommodate them in the existing

recreational facilities.

Mr. F. Pattinson, 1321 Western Place wishes his opposition to the
proposed rezoning noted.
