RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of February 5th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the regulations of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 802,
Small Lot Residential, Subsections (4) and (5) front and rear yard setbacks
for Lot 1, D.L. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD, Plan 73976. Oo

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
February 15th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of February 29th,
1988, Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued. a
