BYLAW NO. 232)

A Bylaw to authorize the granting of a lease to
the Mary Hill Childrens! Centre.

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, The Municipal Counci! hereby leases unto the Mary Hil! Childrens' Centre the
premises described in the lease for the period art time and on the terms and subject to

the conditions set out in the following lease hereunto attached and marked Appendix
Wyre

2. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are
hereby authorized to atfix the Corporate Seal of the City to the lease referred to in

Section |.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Mary Hil! Childrens’ Centre
Authorization Bylaw, 1987, No. 232i".
