Development upon the Lands shall be substantially completed by the
day of Apcif 24 » 1984. |
As a condition of the issuance of this Permit, the City is holding a security in
the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of
($ M&S. +) Dollars, to ensure that
the development specified in Paragraph 8 hereof, and particularly the landscaping
works therein, is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Permit.

The condition of the pasting of the security is that should the Permittee fail to
Carry out the develooment hereby authorized, sccording the terms and conditions
of this Permit within the time provided, the City may use the security and any
interest thereon accrued by the City to car work by its servants,
agents or contractors, r to the Permittee, or
should the Permittee ca pment permitted by this Permit within
the time set out in Paragraph 8 hereto, the security and interest thereon accrued
by the City shall be returned to the Permittee upon:

(1) issuance by the Senior Building Inspector of the City (hereinafter called
"The building Inspector") of an occupancy certificate or certificates, where
applicable, end; .

(2) verification by whe Director of Community Planning of the City (hereinafter

(called the "Director of community Planning"),

that the development set out in Paragraph 8 hereto, and particularly the
landscaping works therein, have been completed in accordance with the terms and
conditions of this Permit.

[It is a particular condition of this Permit that:

(1) The streets end lanes contiguous to the Lands shall be serviced by the
construction of the following works:

(a) N/m

(d)
(e)

(2) The above works shall be completed by the ®&/& day of

(3) The above works shall be constructed in accordance with the standards and
specifications set out in the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision Bylaw, 1970,
