The Petition of the City of Port Coquitiam HUMBiLY SHOWETH: That the Municipal Council! of The Cerporation of the City of Port Coquittam has by Bylaw No. 1994 cited as the "Patricia Avenue Lane (Plan 19637) Road Closure Bylaw, 1983, No. 1994" stopped up and closed +o traffic a certain portion of Lane therein described; That the said Bylaw No. 1994 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was y the Municipal Councit of The the Nineteenth day of September, That the registered owners of all the adjoining and contiguous lands have consented to the closure of the said portion of Lane described in the sald Bylaw 1994 and The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has. agreed to accept “title to the land comprising the same; That it is'no longer necessary to use the portion of Lane described in the said ‘Bylaw No. 1994 as part of the Road system of the City and it is the desire of the Councii of the said City to transfer title to the land comprising the same to the owners of Lot 20, Pitan 19637, which adjoins the east boundary of the closed Lane; That by resolution dat Counci i rs praying for the in the said Bytaw No. 1994 so THEREFORE your Petitioner humbly prays for the abandonment of the said portion. of Lane described in Bylaw No, 1994 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam and the vesting of tittle to the tand comprising same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
