4. Creation of approximately 23 residential lots at 3953 Cedar Drive

"That the third reading of By-law No. 1630 as given on November
27th, 1978 be rescinded;

That the said By-law be amended by striking out the words "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628" wherever they appear and
substituting the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,

No. 1651";

AND THAT the said By-law No. 1630, as amended, be read a third
time."

5. Industyial Building at northwest corner of Morgan and Broadway

“That the third reading of By-law No. 1638 as given on November
27th, 1978 be rescinded; ,

That the said By-law be amended by striking out the words "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978, Mo. 1628" wherever they appear and
substituting the werds "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.
1651";

AND THAT the said By-law No. 1638, as amended, be read a third

time."
