THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1597

A By-law to amend the "Land Use Contract No. 15 Authorization

By-law, 1975, No. 1409" and to authorize the making of an amendment to
Land Use Contract No. 15,

WHEREAS Yhe Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan, pursuant
to the provisions of the “Land Use Contract No. 15 Authorization By~law,
1975, No. 1469" has entered into a Land Use Contract respecting property
now described as Lots 155, 156, 157, and 158; District Lot 255, Group (ne;
Plan 50164, New Westminster District;

AND WHEREAS it is thought desirable to make an amendment to the

said Land Use Contract;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Council of The Corporation cf the City of Port Coquitlam is
hereby authorized and empowered to enter into an amendment to Land Use
Contract No. 15 in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract
No..15 ~ Amendment Document" which is a Schedule hereto annexed and made
part of this By-law.

2.- The said Land Use Contract No. 18 - Amendment Document shall extend
to and shall regulate the development and use of the lands described therein.
3. Land Use Contract No. 15 ~ Amendment Document shall have the force
and effect of a Restrictive Covenant running with the land described therein
and shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office.

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Land Use Contract

No. 15 - Amendment Document Authorization By-law, 1978, No. 1597".
