RE: Proposed Nu West Development, R#14/73

_ The Planning and Zoning Committee met on December 2nd, 1976 to consider
the public responses from the Public Information Meeting of November 24th, 1976.

Also a memorandum of the City Engineer concerning Norfolk Street, Cornwall]
Street and Finley Street was considered by the Committee.

The Committee recommends that:

1. The memorandum of the City Engineer be endorsed.

2. Approval be given to the City Clerk to prepare a land use contract
for jhe Nu West Development and to schedule a date for the Public
Hearing.

. Copy of the.City Engineer's memorandum and the public responses from the
Public Information Meeting are attached.
