THE covbovarion or THE CITY OF PoRT COQUITLAM BY-LAW KO. 1425 4 By-law to authorize the City to enter into Land Use Contract No. 17, FERPEAS the "City of Pore Caquitlan Zoning By-law, 1965, No. 918" as arzonded designates certain areas of land within the zones eet out therein as "Developzent Areas"; : AND MEEPEAS the lands hereinafter described are aituate within an avea so des{gnated; ai) WEEREAS the Owner of the said lands has nade application for a Land Use Centrace to authorize works, development, and use some aspecta of which are not in conforaity with the Televant City By-laws as the saze apsly to the zone fn which the said lands are situate; AUD RURREAS the Council has given due regord to the following considerations: 1 (a) the promotion of bealth, safety, convenience and welfare of the public. {b) the prevention of the overcrowding of land, and the preservation of the ancnities Pareicular to any zone, (c} the securing of adequate light, air aad access, (4) the value of the land and ‘the nature of its present and prospective use and occupancy.
