‘THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1320

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign By~law, 1969,

No. 936"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 1 of Schedule No. II of the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign By-law,
1969, No. 936" is amended by adding, after clause (c) the following as clause (d):

"(d) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law contained,

where in any A-l (Agricultural), A-2 (Agriculture-Resource), or
RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) Zone, there has been es-
tablished any form of use as defined in the Zoning By~law and:
permitted in any C or CS Commercial Zone, and such use is carried
on as an established non-conforming use, and where any sign has
been erected and is maintained in connection with such established
non-conforming use, each such sign shall be altered to conform to
the requirements of this By-law and in conformity with Schedule III
hereof or be removed prior to the applicable date for alteration or
removal specified in Section 203 of this By-law and each such sign
as altered to conform may be maintained on such property in such
zone so long as the said non-conforming use is carried out thereon."
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969, No. 936, Amendment By~law, 1974, No.1320 ".
