That the City of Port Coquitlam lease Lots 1 and 2, District Lot 255, Group 1, NWD, Plan 2106 to the Greater Vancouver Sewage and Drainage District for purposes of operation and maintenance of the Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station. . Background & Comments: The Public Works/Traffic Committee considered the attached memorandum from the City Engineer regarding the letter from the GVS&DD requesting that the City of Port. Coquitlam grant easements and transfer property to the GVS&DD for purposes of operating and maintaining trimk sanitary sewer facilities. The Committee felt that it would be in order for the City of Port Coquitlam to grant easements to tke GYS&DD for sanitary sewers. However, rather than granting a freehold ownership, the Committee recommends that Council simply lease property to the GVS&DD for purposes of maintaining and operating a sanitary sewer pumping facility.
