“9.22. BUILDING RELOCATION

9.22.1. Any building moved into the City or any building moved
drom one property to another within the City shall have an assessed
Value of not less than 90% of the average assessed value of all
buildings within a 600 foot radius of the lot or parcel upon which
x is proposed to locate the building, and the building shail be
similar in architectural appearance and in age to the other buildings
in the surrounding area.

9.22.2. Any building moved into the City shall be of an age not
gfcater than 15 years,

9.22.3, The owner shall on request from the Building Inspector
furnish proof of the age of any structure to be moved and also
furnish proof of liability insurance to cover the proposed building
