Committee Room at City Hall on April 11th, 19B9 at 3145 p.m.

In attendance were Alderman John Keryluk and Aldezman George Laking.
Also in attendance was K. Jar na Taylor, Parks & Recreation Director,
Larry Hheeler, Recreation Nanager of Larry Step!'enson of the PoCo
Marlins for item number one only.

summer. No further action vill be taken on Kilmer
House until after the master plan is completed. It is
anticipated that the master plan will take 4 or 5
months to complete.

that this facility will be included in Port Coquitlam's Master Recreation
Plan, We will be happy to contribute to discussions taking

to occupy our present premises on a permanent basis,

permission to stay in Kilmer House until June 1989 been given
