July The Terrace Standard Adventure Challenge 2002 pets under way. It’s the first ever series of outdoor competi- tions challenging participants to take part in a downhill mountain bike race, off road running race, a BMX/skateboard competition, outdoor rock climbing and an eight-hour endurance bik- ing event. The points series starts with the All Season and Norco downhill mountain bike race drawing 65 competitors from ali over the province fo the steep Shames Mountain course. kKaekkk The Terrace Drag Race Association is forced - --to.cancel the last two race weekends of the sea- son due to an ongoing paving project at the Ter- race-Kitimat regional airport.
