Sometimes I feel - so-alone. Like the other day, I was.out at the lake, enjoying a- sunny afternoon, living.a leisurely life among the carefree crowds, wheri.a bug flew up my-nose, Of all available — spaces, it chose a small open . ‘orifice on my face. Now this is a very strange feeling, having a bug: up your nose and you can feel it in there, ‘so I rubbed my nose, which probably killed the bug, meaning T now had a dead bug up my nose. [looked a around me at all the sun wor- — shippers and thought, I'll bet I’m:the only.person here with a bug:up my nose. These things don’t just happen to everyone, _ you know. . ee ' ‘The bug was still there, and I wondered what to do. I blew my nose discreetly, but no little bug corpse came out, and I started to worry... was this a medical condition? Should I run:to Emergency to have the bug removed? I-couldn’t see myself telling the-nurses that there was a bug up my nose _and expecting seriotis treat- ment, so I decided to live with’. its. Tee, 1 gat back inthe sun, relax- _ ing, listening to the kids ‘splashing in the shallow watér. They have such a great time here, 1 thought. I began to reminisce about my own child- ~ hood days at the-beach, but the daydream was weak, inter- rupted by the sensation of the B.U.N. (‘‘bug up nose’’).
