That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of April 5, 1994 the
Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 1727 and 1735 (Cameron Avenue.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of February 21, 1994 the owners
and residents of property surrounding the subject properties have beea advised that Council are
considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit on June 13, 1994.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and
a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
