JAN 31 1994 BYLAW NO. 2872 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2872". ‘ That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot D, E, F andG District Lot 289 Group | Plan 20474 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1i (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
