4.7 Landscape Standards

Landscaping within the Port Coquitlam Home & Business Centre is to be
installed using materials and workmanship of accepted industry standards. The
B.C. Landscape Standard as prepared by the B.C. Nursery Trades Association
and the B.C. Society of Landscape Architects is to be used as a basis for
specifying all landscaning.

A wiitten specification is to form a part of all landscaping plans.

All landscaping is to be completed inspected and approved by the corporation
within one year from commencement of constnuction.

Landscaping is to include a full one-year guarantee for a period of at least on
year following substantial performance of the landscape contract.
