RECOMMENDATION :

1. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
35/93 under Section 976 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of Director of Planning;
b) Removal of the illegal sign on the property;
c) Satisfaction of the Engineering requirements;

d) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

e) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
£ ) The applicant obtaining an access easement agreement with the
property immediately to the south to provide appropriate access to

the parking lot; and

g) The project being subject to the 1993 rate fur Development Cost
Charges.

2. That the Mayor ard Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above
