From the Engineer, July 21st, 1993 regarding Parking in Cul-de-sacs Amendment to the
Traffic Regulation Bylaw No. 1147.

That the City Clerk be directed to amend Division 3 of the Traffic Regulation Bylaw No.
1117 to include the follow:ng parking regulation:

"No person to stand, step, or park a vehicle other than parallel with the outside curb of any
cul-de-sac”.

From the Engineer, July 22nd, 1993 regarding Proposed Storm Sewer Construction -
Vincent Cul-de-sac.

That Council approve the installation of a 250mm diameter strom sewer at the proposed
Vincent cul-de-sac at an estimated cost of $16,848.00.

That $16,848.00 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve for this
purpose.

From the City Engineer, July 22nd, 1993 regarding Proposed No Parking Anytime Zone,
Eastern Drive.

That Council amend the Traffic Regulation Bylaw No. 1117 to include "No Parking
Anytime” restrictions on the north side of Eastern Drive from Delia to the south property line of
Lot 824, Plan 50551.

From the City Engineer, July 22nd, 1993 regarding Cost Sharing of Road Paving - 2231
Welcher Avenue.

Seconded by Councillor Talbot:

That the City contribute $3,500.00 towards the reinstatement of the southem portion «.f the
road pavement in front of the development at 2231 Welcher Avenue.

That Council allocate $3,500.00 from Special Public Works Capital Reserve Fund for this
purpose.
