A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the
calendar year 1994 of certain real property used by the we
Simon Fraser Society for Community Living (PoCo Children’s World) eo
for a Preschool and Infant Development program. pcs

Whereas the Poco Children’s World lease certain property owned by School District No. 43 and
use that property as a nonprofit organization;
And Whereas it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for the calendar year 1994;

Now Therefore the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bvlaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Simon Fraser Society for Community
Living (PoCo Children’s World) Property Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1993, No.
2821". ;

2. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated thereon, known as
"That part of Lot 119, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 32559, New Westminster District", is
hereby declared to be exempt from taxation for the calendar year 1994 to the extent
provided in Section 400 of the Municipal Act.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of July, 1993.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of July, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of July, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least two-thirds of all
the members of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this th
