There are two scenarios:

1. A simple subdivision of from 2-4 lots requiring no servicing which it is necessary to

design and construct. This should have a standard fee which at present is $50.00 for one
lot.

A subdivision requiring services that necessitate design approvals, estimates, bonding
and as-built drawings. This fee can apply on a cost/lot basis, added to the standard fee.

The Process

' receive application - take fee, assign number - create file - change
map - fill out checklist - produce comment sheets for Fire Department, Building
Department, Parks Department, Planning Department - prepare T.A..

- establish servicing requirement - review consultant preliminary drawings -
complete checklist - provide owner consultant with list - ist and 2nd review of drawings
- produce estimate - approval of drawings - review utility company drawings and

requirements - approved utility designs and estimates.

7 hrs. for small subdivision @ $30.00 = $210.00
45 hrs. for subdivision with offsite services up to 15 lots @ $36.00 = $1,350.00.
