Recommendation

That the iterns in Schedule A, be approved for purchase from the 1992
Parks and Recreation Department Capital Budget.

Backeround & Comments

This year $100,000 was set aside: for capital for the Parks dc Recreation Department.
To date, $87,350 has been expended or is in the process of being expended. Parks
and Recreation Committee further discussed our list of Capital requirements and is
recommending that those identified is Schedule A be approved.

You will note that the request for tables and chairs was not included in the 1993
Capital request. This item was left off the 1993 list intentionally, as we were
anticipating some funds to be available in our 1992 Capital Budget.

There is sufficient funds in the 1992
Parks and Recreation Department
Capital Budget.
