BYLAW 2583

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 25, 1991, Ne. 2583"
received first two readings on April 8th, 1991;

AND WHEREAS the Counedl has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most

recent Capital Expenditure Program;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy";

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideraticn;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2583 was read a

third time on April 29th, 1991;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2583 and
City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program;

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to

Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2583 and
Economic Strategy Plan" that was presented to Council at its meeting of

13th, 1985;
THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND'THAT the said Bylaw No. 2583 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
