THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2424

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Plan 806345

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from M-1 (General Industrial) to C.D. (Comprehensive
Industrial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled "B.C. Trucking Association,
L610 Kebet Way - Meridian Industrial Estate, Port Coquitlam, B.C.” and
comprising a site plan and elevations dated March 20th, 1989 prepared by
Fernandez Design Incorporated, Architects, under their Project Number 608
is attached to and forms part of this Bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2424"
