"AT THE REQUEST OF and pursuant to the Agreement with Filipino
Canadian Investors Corporation dated the 9th day of August, 1988, BE IT
RESOLVED that the works described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or
to be installed by the said Filipino Canadian Investors Corporation in
connection with the development of the land described as:

Portion of Lot 1, Plan 71092, Lots 89 and 90, Plan 16702, Lots 91 and
92, Plan 19019, ail of District Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminster
District

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall.
constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act;

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of
the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.”

Waiver Agreement for Parklane Ventures (Meadowvale) Limited.

"AT THE REQUEST OF and pursuant to the Agreement with Parklane
Ventures (Meadowvale) Limited, dated the 27th day of July, 1988, BE IT
RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and
installed or to be installed by the said Parklane Ventures (Meadowvale)
Limited in connection with the development of the lands described as:

Remainder of Lot 51, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District,
Plan 38377

and hereby cenclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cest of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act; |

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved .
and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of
the City and affix the Corporate seal thereto.”
