Amendment to RS-1 Regulations for Personal Care Operations.

That City Councit direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
amending the Zoning Bylaw, Section 24, RS+1 Sub-section (1) Uses
Permitted, Clause (d) Personal Care Use, Sub-clause (1) number of guests
permitted, to provide for an increase in the total number of guests from
10 to 12. ;

Rezoning Application 6/86 - 3410 Coast Meridian Road.

That Rezoning Application 6/86 for property addressed as 3410 Coast
Meridian Road be refused. i

Prior to consideration of the foregoing resolution Alderman Laking
advised Mr. Owen Jackson, owner of the property on Coast Meridian Road
wished to address Council.

Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That Mr. Owen Jackson, 1742 Lincoln Avenue, owner of the property on
Coast Meridian Road, be permitted to address Counci!.

Carried.

Mr. Jackson addressed the Counci! and asked that his application be
approved.

That consideration of Rezoning Application 6/86 tor property
addressed asc 3410 Coast Meridian Road be referred to Council in
Committee. a
