That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary documents
for presentation to Council in order that the City may proceed: to a
biennia. election system.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution
Alderman Farnworth proposed that the resolution be deferred,

That consideration of a biennial election system in the City of
Port Coquittam be deferred in order that:

1. information can be received regarding the Provincial proposal for a
3 year election system; ;

2. The views of the City's Schoo! Trustees can be obtained;

AND THAT this subject be placed on the Agenda of the February 24th,
1986 Counci' meeting.

That City Council authorize the applicant to operate a nursery
school containing up to 15 children in an RS~1 Zoning Designation at

3725 Sefton Street.

Agricultural Land Reserve,
