DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor aie they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFURE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 67704), Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster
Bistrict, Plan 32282;

Parcel "B" (Bylaw Plan 67704) Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster
District, Plan 31851;

Parcel "C" (Bylaw Plan 67704) of All that Portion of the East 117 feet
of Block 15, Section 6, Township 40 shown outlined red on Bylaw Plan
56241, New Westminster District, Plan 7086 (Certificate of Title

R1I607AE) ;

focated north of Prairie Avenue between Toronto Street and Ulster
Street be sold to Michaei Garton, William Harris, Roy Dyke, and Robert

Terris, c/o 1542 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitiam,. B.C., or their
nominee, at or for the price or sum of $16,618.00;

The adjustment date be December 31st, 1984;
Tne possession date be January 15th, 1985;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.

SUBJECT: to consolidation with adjoining property and registration in
the Land Title Office prior to January 15th, 1985. :
