These two amount - $18,304.00 and $95,275.00 ~- total $113,579.00
and when this total price is divided by the total 44,893 sq. ft. of property
involved in both transactions (30,246 sq. ft. of closed road and 14,647 sq. ft.
of City Property) it results in a net sale price of $2.53 per square foot which
equals the $110,000 per acre price authorized by the Council at its Committee
meeting of May 30th, 1983 and the September 30th, 1383 date stated in the resolution
set forth above is four months from May 30th as specified by the Council.

- Barring any unforseen complications we can not see any problem ~ at
least in so far as the City is concerned - in complying with the September 30th,

1983 completion date.
