RESOLUTIONS:

Moved by Alderman Mabbett:

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That pursuant to Section 59 of the "Municipal Act" the
following Council members shall sit as a Court of Revision for the
1982 List of Electors to be used at the annual municipal election
in the month of November:

Mayor L.M. Traboulay
Alderman D.J. Vater
Alderman M.D. Gates

AND THAT the first sitting of the Court of Revision shall be
held on Friday, October lst, 1982 in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8.C.

at 5:00 p.m.

REPORTS:

From the Finance Committee, August 4th, 1982 and August 10th,
1982 being Statements of Accounts Payable in the amount of
$143,631.01 and $924,282.37, respectively.

That the report of the Finance Committee, August 4vh, 1982
and August 19th, 1982 being Statements of Accounts Payable in the
amount of $143,631.01 and $924,282.37, respectively, be approved.
