Campbeil advised the meeting the following Zoning Public Hearing l proposed By~law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract would now be considered: By-law No. 1425: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use By-law #1425 | Contract with Florence Mylroie, 2156 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., and Frank Yerio Kimmel and Mary Mildred Kimmei, 2032 Suffolk Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. in the form and to the extent get forth in "Land Use Contract No. 17" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to itn, Esad and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 17 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of lands described i i | | § f { ! ! i as Lot 82, Block 32, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 46962, New Westminster District.
