Alderman Ranger advised he voted for the first ‘resolution on as it w was: part of
an Agreement with Metidian Dovelopnents Ltd. ‘however, he stated he > did not feel
the City owes + Spruce Bark Properties anything, and that there would be two > building
sites sold to ‘that firm for the ‘gum of $1. 00. The City Clerk eplained that both
Properties could actually have been sold to Meridian Developments Bed. and in turn |.
that Firm could have then re-sold the property in question | to Spruce. Park Proper-

ties Ltd; however, he had chosen a less complicated method in order to facilitate

the transérs. _
