Maybe you could start by writing for our newsletter. We would love to receive profiles of members and visiting artists or reviews of events and activities taking place in your area. Photos, of course, are always useful. This is a particularly good opportunity for those members located out of the Lower Mainland to participate in the Guild. Send your submissions or ques- tions to newsletter@bcpotters.com. Don't forget Saturday, April 8, is the Annual General Meeting. Jay MacLennan will be leaving after three years on the Board. Don Jung is staying on the Board, but wants to concentrate on the web site so we will need a new chair for the communications com- mittee. Dave Kruyt left the Board in the fall, but has been helping us out until we can find a replacement treasurer. We always need more people to assist with special events and activities that benefit you, the members. Why not think about what you can con- tribute? After the AGM, head across the road to the Gallery to see our wonderful members’ show — BC in a Box. Refreshments will be served and it will be an opportunity to chat with friends and other artists. Hope to see you there.
