The Terrace Review’s call to the community for contributions to a time capsule buried last week received an overwhelming response despite only four days’ notice. The capsule — a piece of eight-inch diameter PVC water main six feet long donated by the City of Terrace =~ was jammed with documents, photo- graphs, and small objects. representative of the time and place in which we five. e The capsule was’ buried July 26 in the floor of our new addition at the Greig St. offices and immediately covered with concrete.
