In saucepan, combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and comsatarch. Gradually stir in nectar and rum. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in lemon peal and juice. BACARDI ROMAN PUNCH In a large container, mix 2 cups diced pineapple, 1/2 cup simple syrtp, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 1/3 cups peach brandy, 1 fifth Bacardi light rum, 1 fifth Bacardi dark rum.
