SCHEDULE I

SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:

The afcrementioned properties shall be restricted to the following uses only in the approximate
location as illustrated on Schedule II of this bylaw:

LOT 1:
The following uses permitted under the “Town Centre Commercial (C-4) Zone":
(a) Retail stores.
(b) Business and professional cffices.
(c) Cafes, restaurants and food take-out services (excluding drive-in restaurants).
(d) Commercial education and instruction services.
(e) Health service centres.

(f) Auditoriums, dance halls, night clubs and other entertainment establishments,
excluding arcades.

Apartment residential, subject to the following conditions:

(i) Apartment use shall be limited exclusively to storeys above the first storey of a
building.

No other use shall be permitted in the same storey for apartment use.

Apartment use sh __ be located within a building above all storeys used for a
permitted commer . il use.

Apartment use shall be permitted only where all parking for such use is
concealed parking.

The location of the storey or storeys for apartment use shall be not less than 6
m (19.68 ft.) from the front and exterior side lot lines; and 7.5 m (24.60 ft.)
from the interior lot line for a wall with a window to a living room and 4.5 m
(14.76 ft.) from a wall with a window to any other habitable room.
