A R/W is required through Lot 1 for a sanitary sewer connection to lot 2. The existing sanitary connection may be used for Lot l. DCC's are applicable for one new lot. Storm and water connection required for new lot. 1. The area in question contains an attractive greenbelt with several mature shade trees. It would be unfortunate to lose this. Building Department, Fire Department and R.C.M.P No comment. DISCUSSION: The proposed two lot subdivision generally conforms 4 the Zoning Bylaw requirements for the RS~2 zone. Approval of this Rezoning Application will permit ae construction of one new single family residence, the project follows the : ¢ficial Community Plan for infill Neighborhood Residential.
