No comments. DISCUSSION: The proposed two lot subdivision generaily conforms to the Zoning Bylaw requirements for the RS-2 zone. Approval of this rezoning application will permit the construction of two new single family residences which follow the Official Community Plan for infill neighbourhood residential.
