DISCUSSION:

The proposed two lot subdivision generaily conforms to the Zoning Bylaw
requirements for the RS-2 zone.

Approval of this rezoning application will permit the construction of two
new single family residences which follow the Official Community Plan for
infill neighbourhood residential. It is recommended that this application be
approved subject to the conditions noted above.
