A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l.

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly deseribed as:

Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, inclusive, Lots 3 and 4,

District Lot 466 District Lot 466

Group One Group One

Plan 19104 Plan 16570

New Westminster District New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-l1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" ig
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2712",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of August, 1992,
Read a second time by the Municipal Couneil this 24th day of August, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 14th day of September, 1992,
