From the City Clerk, January 28th, 1992 regarding Property Purchase - 1632
Broadway Street.

Moved by Alderman Thompson:
Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the Agreement between the City of Port Coquitlam and Yen Chin Tsai
appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting wherein the City
agrees to purchase the northerly 66 feet of Lot 20, District Lot 231, Group
One, Plan 11613, New Westminster District, being a portion of 1632 Broadway
Street, for the sum of $185,600.00 be approved;

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Said Agreement. on
behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto;

That the funds be taken from the Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund;

And That the said property, when purchased by the City, be dedicated as
"Road",
